This is good guide! I'm happy that someone else started making guides also, as I'm skiller so I won't be making combat guides.. This guide is helpful for someone like me who doesn't really do bosses around.. Keep up with this kinda guides, also if you like making guides don't let my guides bother you, just make ones yourself, I'm sure you can do good guides. :p Good luck

Welcome to my third guide, "How to train Farming?"
I'm sorry that I didn't make herblore guide for the same link, but herblore would take me bit long so just wait for it. :)

Basically farming in this server is only obtainable by planting herbs and harvesting them.

Before anything you probably want to buy some seeds, getting seeds is easy, just go to the skill teleport and trade with Bob (Seeds aren't expensive, the most expensive seed is Cadantine seed with the price of 15k!)

NOTE: When getting seeds be sure to buy enough but don't buy too much, buying every of the starting seeds like 10 and the ending one with 100 is good, it took me around 100 torsols to get farming from 85 to 99..
Also be sure to know what seeds you buy, all the seeds look the same!

to reach the farming area you must look for "City Teleport" (Watchtower in real RS) and choose camelot after you arrive in Camelot follow this route

Now for the Farming part, this is easy as you don't need any tools, just use the seeds on the "Tree patch" (Normally would be herb patch)

After you use your seeds on the patch Herbs should pop up, you can just click the herbs to harvest the actual herbs you was about to grow.

NOTE: You can get from 3 to 8 herbs from 1 plant!

Now to the part what do you want to do with your hebs, you can clean them and drop them which would be REALLY bad herblore exp.. I suggest you to bank the herbs, make potions OR sell them to people who are training herblore (As herblore takes way longer than farming you might find easy buyers) if you don't know any routes to bank heres probably the best one

Welcome to my second guide, "How to train Woodcutting, Fletching and Firemaking?"
Basically every of these skills are mostly trained at Skill zone but you can do these in various locations, like home.

Woodcutting

If you want to start training FM or Fletch you probably have to take WC also until you buy the logs..

Anyways to start up with the woodcutting you must tele with Skill teleport and get to skill zone and walk little bit to North and buy hatchet from Bob
NOTE: Buy Tinderbox and/or Knife if you want to train FM and/or Fletch!

Now you should have your hatchet ready

Now you should head SE and you should be able to see most of the trees.
What the heck is Doom doing in my picture? ^

At this point you should go to all the way to east for the normal tree, after couple logs you can already cut willow (you shouldn't care about oaks) then move on to maple and so on

List of Logs, how much exp you get and how much cash you get if you sell them at general store, also level reqruiments

Name:                   XP:               GPs to store:           WC Level:

Normal logs          2000 XP         4 gps                     1
Oak logs               2960 xp        20 gps                    15
Willow logs           5540 xp        40 gps                    30
Maple logs            8000 xp        80 gps                    45
Yew logs              14000 xp      160000 gps             60
Magic logs            20000 xp       320000 gps            75

Firemaking

Firemaking is basically burning logs in this server (There won't be fire when you light the logs) but you can still see the animation, You can do FM anywhere you want but I recommend collecting logs and burning in bank OR burn while you cut the logs.. Also FM is bit faster skill than Fletching
NOTE: There is no huge different on xps when you burn the logs!

List of XP rate on logs when burnt and level reqruiments

Name:             Xp:              FM Level:

Normal logs          30220               1
Oak logs               30420              15
Willow logs           30380               30
Maple logs            30340               45
Yew logs              30300               60
Mage logs             30260               75

NOTE: Yes you get the most XP from Oak Logs, strange indeed..

Fletching
Fletching is basically making bows and longbows, also this skill is slower than WC or FM so be patient, you can also do this skill almost anywhere but I recommends you to collect logs and fletch in bank OR fletch while cutting logs and drop the bows.

List of XP when fletching logs, level reqruiments and selling price to General store

Name:              XP:             Fletch Lvl:          GPs price to store:

Arrow shafts            400 xp                   1             1 gp
Shortbow                 400 xp                   1            50 gp
Longbow                 1040 xp                  5            80 gp
Oak shortbow          1280                      20         100 gp
Oak longbow           1920                      20          160 gp
Willow shortbow      2640                      35          200 gp
Willow longbow       3280                      35           320 gp
Maple shortbow       4000                      50           400 gp
Maple longbow        4640                       50          640 gp
Yew shortbow         5360                       65          800 gp
Yew longbow           6000                       65         1280 gp
Magic shortbow       6640                       80         1600 gp
Magic longbow         7280                       80         2560 gp

NOTE: For some reason every other longbow expect normal needs the same lvl as the shortbow so it's not typo or anything

Selling logs or bows to General Store
If you want to sell your logs and/or bows to General Store but you don't know where this will guide you
First you will have to type ::shops, then take a look at the mini map (Npc shown below)

NOTE: If you want just money you should only train WC and sell Magic Logs as they're worth over 300k

Thank you for reading my guide, feel free to comment or give me notice of typo or wrong information or tell me something that might improve my guide.
also I can make guides for something if you want.

I hope my guide helped you :)

Guides / Hunter guide - For dummies (Detailed)
« on: August 13, 2011, 08:17:56 pm »
Welcome to my first guide, "How to train Hunter?"
Basically hunter in this server is all about catching Implings in the Skill Teleport.

To reach implings you must teleport to Skill zone, you can bank your items there if you haven't yet banked them. Implings are next to the "main" area of the zone as shown on the picture  V

After you've located the Implings you might have noticed you can't catch them barehanded, but no need to worry as you can get butterfly net from there for free! just search the crate next to bank booths

  You will find Butterfly Net

Now equip your butterfly net and start catching the baby implings (you might fail the first time or few times but keep trying) and continue to higher level implings (Young ones, Earth ones and so on) (List of them all if you scroll down)

List of Impling reqruiments and how much cash you get if you sell them to General Store

Name:          Hunt Lvl:          GPs to Store:

Baby Impling       -  1 -   1856 gps each
Young Impling     - 17 -   1697 gps each
Earth Impling      - 34 -   1731 gps each
Essence Impling  - 40 -   1894 gps each
Electric Impling   - 50 -   2230 gps each
Nature Impling   - 58 -   6619 gps each
Magpie Impling  - 65 -   2200 gps each
Ninja Impling     - 74 -   199000 gps each
Dragon Impling  - 90 -   338400 gps each

You can sell your Implings at ::shops in here: (Also remember to note them)
